Reservations must be made before 13.00 on the day before the intended journey and booking are on the basis of two persons travelling (a single passenger,  excluded for the Catania-Milazzo and back in July and August, pays for two seats)

ATTENTION IT WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE TO BOOK FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE DEPARTING TWO DAYS AHEAD 07/02/2012 because they get through the 13.00 (NOW are the hours: 14.58.55). of the day before the request of the service. HOWEVER IF YOU  NEED TO TRAVEL ON THE FOLLOWING DAY, PLEASE FILL IN THIS FORM  AND WE WILL TRY TO MEET YOUR REQUEST.

REGULATION

IMPORTANT: The carrier does everything possible to conform to the states times of departure and arrival, but disclaims any liability in case of delays due to any circumstances beyond his control.

The times shown are the maximum hours of departure, therefore, the passenger must be at least 30 minutes before. The reservation is required should be listed (in the form that you will find in the next page) the precise details of the flight and a phone number of the passenger.

A person who is traveling alone (in the journey Catania-Milazzo and vv from September 1 to June 30 and always in the journey Milazzo - Palermo airport - airport of Trapani and vice versa) with no other passengers, must pay two shares (the second tranche will be paid directly to the driver).

Tickets are normally not refundable, but re-imbursements (net of issuance costs and transaction costs estimated at € 5 per ticket) may be permitted on cancellations (by telephone, via e-mail, fax) not less than 3 days  before the date of departure.

If the service is delayed or cancelled due to unforseen circumstance, such as the late arrival (or the cancellation of flight) of airplanes , hydrofoils or ships, documentation will be provided  for claims against airlines, airports, navigation agents etc.

Tickets however will not be refunded, if  the passenger decides not to travel,whenever the Company, acting on verifiable and legitimate authority, decides that  there are no serious reasons for such a decision (for example bad weather or circumstances outwith his control) and that it is possible to complete the journey in time.
